Usage analytics — page views, CTA clicks, and feature interactions (no personal browsing data outside our site)
Payment information — processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers or payment details on our servers

We use cookies for analytics tracking only. We do not use cookies for ad targeting or cross-site tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; this will not affect your ability to use the core service.

Third-Party Processors

We share data with the following third-party services as necessary to operate Replik:

Stripe — payment processing (subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy)
OpenAI — AI ticket resolution (customer support content is processed by OpenAI's API)
Postmark — transactional email delivery

Each processor is contractually bound to handle data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Security

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit and encrypted storage at rest. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you by email if we make material changes. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
