14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Replik for any reason within 14 days of your first charge, email us and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.
Every new Replik subscription comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you subscribe and decide Replik isn't right for you within the first 14 days, you are entitled to a full refund of your first month's subscription fee.
This applies to all plans: Starter ($39/mo), Pro ($89/mo), and Business ($199/mo).
We aim to respond to all refund requests within one business day.
After the 14-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months if you cancel mid-cycle. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Annual plans are not currently offered. This section will be updated if annual billing becomes available.
